Keep the symptom specific
Try to describe the failure in one sentence: the homepage does not load, search shows no titles, a desktop source search keeps running, or a destination video pauses. Include the address and device. These are separate stages, so a single “not working” label can send you toward a fix that has nothing to do with the problem.
Empty catalog results
Reset the filters and search a distinctive title word. Confirm that the cast or director mode is not selected accidentally. A film outside the chosen release-date range should not appear, and a movie-only search will exclude a television series. If the title is not in this selection, use its exact name and year when looking farther afield.
Buffering inside a player
Check whether the pauses affect one edition or other supported videos too. Try the quality setting offered by that player and reduce competing network activity. Note whether audio, picture or both stop. A subtitle timing error calls for a different check from a video that never starts. Do not keep refreshing a catalog page that already opened the destination successfully.
Missing bookmarks
Confirm the browser, profile and full site address. Local bookmarks can differ across them. If any copy of your list remains accessible, create a backup before clearing data or moving devices. The backup page explains the supported format.
Is Leonflix dead?
An old desktop release, a source module and a web address can behave independently. We do not turn one failed check into a universal status announcement. For messages about scraping or an indexer, read the desktop source guide and keep the exact error with your notes.
