When scraping never finishes
Record the exact movie or series, year, application version and visible message. Check whether the same symptom occurs for more than one production. If only one title fails, it is different evidence from every source search failing. Keep your existing bookmarks intact while checking. Repeatedly deleting application data can remove the information you need without restoring a changed source.
Could not map item to an indexer
That wording identifies a matching stage in the desktop workflow. Note which production was selected, particularly when a film and television program share a name. A source system needs to match the correct production before playback can begin. The message does not tell you, on its own, that your entire connection is blocked.
